He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Plunkard and Dorothy Plunkard Sr. (Cannon). He is survived by: his daughters, Janel Plunkard (Andrew Oelrich) and Casey Plunkard; his grandsons, Jude Stephey, Rogen Stephey, Ledger Oelrich and Ryder Oelrich; his brother Harry "Tommy" Plunkard Jr. (Jimma Plunkard); and his nephew Lonny Plunkard (Kim Plunkard).
