It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Conway Cramer (Funkstown, Maryland), born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on February 8, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Brust "Bill" Franklin and Mildred May Cramer of Hagerstown; his wife Hannah Sue Harp Cramer; his son Michael Christian Cramer of Funkstown; his close friend Larry Williams of Clear Spring; and his friends, Linda Williams, Jimmy Williams, Penny Kline, Karen Lighter and Sandy Gaylor. He was also cherished by numerous cousins; dear friend.
