He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellen Grey Mullenix and Curtis Edgar Mullenix Sr.; and his brother Curtis Mullenix Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mullenix; his sons, Mike Mullenix (Melissa), Alan Williamson (Kelly) and Jason Mullenix (Amber); his grandchildren, Cameron Hambleton, Johnathan Williamson (Tresha), Kayson Mullenix, Alyssa Mullenix and Breanne Mullenix; his great grandchildren, Addie Williamson, Aspen Williamson and Brayden Williamson; and his sisters, Pat Waugh, Barbara Wereoff and Heidi Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
