She was predeceased by: her father Nicholas Levi. She is survived by: her husband Lynn Fogle Spalding Jr.; her daughters, Tia Spalding Ward and Melissa Shupp (Frank L. Shupp Jr.); her grandchildren, Lynn F. Spalding III, Karissa M. Flook, Tava L. Crespo Kilo (Jeremy Boles), Pablo J. Crespo Kilo and Aidan M. Shupp; her great grandchildren, Gavin C. Spalding and Liam J. Boles; and her sister-in-law Tammy J. King.
