He is survived by: his wife Elva Lorraine Smith; his children, Regina Lorraine Smith (Dawn) of Morrisdale, PA and Herbert Wayne Smith (Curt) of Hagerstown, MD; his sister Gloria Keller of Hagerstown, MD; and his brother-in-law Frank Stockslager (Darla).
