He is survived by: his wife Barbara Houpt; his children, Sherry McCarthy (Keith), Deborah Cline (David), Michelle Keller (Chuck) and Jerry "Buddy" Houpt (Ruthann); his grandchildren, Korey, Jessi, Logan, Connor, Zack, Caitlyn, Lily, Colton and Amelia; and his sisters, Bonnie Pereschuk (Cliff) and Linda Barney (Dale). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
