He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Herbert and Eulalie Mary Skinner Bradford; his wife Mary Jane; his sister Georgia Bollman (Tootsie); his children, Billy, Victor (Terri) and Kimberlee Ennis (Jeff); his stepdaughters, Kelly Pranger (Philip) and Kari Kozar (Chris Astarb); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Sarah, Mariah, Wade, Lauren, Nathan, Kenneth, Brian, Keegan, Matthew and Kelsea.
Unfortunately, due to Covid 19 virus, no services will be held, at this time.
