He was predeceased by: his parents, Hallie Hester and William F. Kuehling; and his brother William F. Kuehling, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Kuehling (Margy); his children, Leslie Krainak (Michael), Lorrie Ryan (William) and Robert E. Kuehling, Jr.; his grandchildren, Daniel Krainak (Linda), Diane Reider (Brad), Megan Ryan (David Gass), Ann Marie Zeruto (Ed), Colleen Sumner (Zachary), Kerry Potolicchio (Michael), Molly Diaz (Tezcatli), Grace Kuehling, Shawn Kuehling and Maggie Kuehling; and his great grandchildren, Frances, Charles, Joan Krainak, Lettie, Mac Reider, Maria Zeruto, Perry, Rose Sumner, Wynne Potolicchio, Alexander and Itzel Diaz.
