He is survived by: his wife Harriet Alfreda Cook; his children, Linda Cook (Wayne Lesonick), Richard Cook, Jr. (Denese Cook), Pam Cook (Myron Weiner) and Laurie Cook (Michael Burkholder); his grandchildren, Michael Hancock (Trista), Daniel Hancock (Heather), Wendi Gauss (Chad), Richard Cook III, Ryan Conroy (Siobhan), Julianne Conroy, Holly Conroy, Kevin Weiner (Michelle) and Lisa Reed (Curtis); his great grandchildren, Presley Hancock, Brynley Hancock, Harley Hancock, Daniel Hancock, Jr., Dylan Hancock, Zoey Gauss, Maisy Gauss, Mason Garvey, Melina Parker and Abigail Reed; and his great great grandchildren, Skylar Hockaday and Caleb.
