He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Howard; his children, Deborah Montgomery of Frederick, MD, Kim Koval (Frank) of Ocean Pines, MD and Marty Howard (Kerri) of Fulton, MD.; and his siblings, Betty Russell of Ohio, Judy Byers of Ohio and Jack Howard of Ohio. He is also survived by six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
