He was predeceased by: his parents, John Connolly and Josephine Connolly (Cleary); and his brother James Bernard (Buddy). He is survived by: his wife Janice; his sons, John David and James Patrick; his grandchildren, Michael, Anthony, Kevin, Kathleen, Shannon and Kelsey; his great grandchildren, Mariah, Sean, Sammi, Johnny, Matthew, Jameson, Colin and Caitlin; and his great great grandchild Gavin.
