He is survived by: his daughter Suzanne Johnson (Terry) of Raleigh, NC; his grandchildren, Patrick Johnson, Cassandra Marshall and Kara Johnson; his great grandchildren, Colin and Owen Marshall; and his siblings, Charles Simms of Ridge, MD and Ida Lundy of Vinita, OK. He is also survived by companion, and dance partner of 16 years.
