It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Elmer Fleming of Fulton, Maryland, born in Fairmont, West Virginia, who passed away on August 14, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Fleming and Bessie Fleming; his wife Emma; and his brother William Lawson Fleming. He is survived by: his children, Stanley Fleming (Gail) of Ellicott City, MD and Judy Gay (Larry) of Hendersonville, NC.; his grandsons, Matthew Fleming (Chris) of Laurel, MD and Adam Fleming of Baltimore, MD.; his great grandchildren, Helen and Connor; and his sister Elizabeth Lewis. He is also survived by two sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
