We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2019, at the age of 99, Dorothy Burford (Fulton, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Gardner and Grace Gardner; her husband James B. Burford, Sr.; her siblings, Audrey Hensley, Jettie Tallman and Bob Gardner; and her son-in-law Thomas MacMullen.

She is survived by: her children, JoAnna MacMullen, James B. Burford, Jr. (Anne) and Rodney O. Burford (Patti). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
