She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth M. Carr; and her sister Catherine Welling. She is survived by: her children, Michael K. Carr of Fulton, MD and Sandra L. Motsay (Charles) of Baltimore, MD; her grandchildren, Stephanie Rivera (Jake), Victoria Bottlick (Walter) and Kenneth Motsay; and her great grandchildren, Lilly and Miles.
