He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carter and Marjorie Carter; and his brother Wayne Carter (Linda). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Carter; his children, Eric and Kayla Carter; and his siblings, Doris Clements (Richard), Robert (Louise), William (Mary) and Walter Carter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
