With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Albert Joseph Ondrish Sr. of Fulton, Maryland, born in Waltersburg, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 5, 2024 at the age of 92. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Ondrish and Anna Ondrish; his siblings, Steve Ondrish, Robert Ondrish, Theodore Ondrish, Joann Sheroke and Marie McDonough; and his grandson Zachary Ondrish.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Pechatsko; his children, Debra Scheck (Andrew), Stephen Ondrish (Maria), Albert Ondrish Jr. and Julie King (John); his grandchildren, Timothy Scheck, Caroline Vail (Mike), Jonathon Scheck (Cari), Sarah Schroeder (Matt), Abigail Scheck, Nick Ondrish, Rachel Ondrish, Christianna Ondrish, Joshua Ondrish, Aaron Ondrish, Gabriel Ondrish, Janna Ondrish, Jennifer King (Mike) and Jessica Eder (Will); and his brothers, David Ondrish (Donna Jean) and James Ondrish. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
