He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Moore and Sarah Moore. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa L. Baker; his grandchildren, Kevin J. Baker, Jr., Harley M. Balcerak (Thomas) and Dakota William Baker; his great grandchildren, Sadie Baker, Beau Baker, Oaklynn Balcerak, Bentley Balcerak, Brayden Balcerak and Sofia Balcerak; and his brother Norris L. Moore.
