Phoebus of Salisbury; her nephews, Douglas L. Phoebus of Severna Park, MD, Edward Phoebus of Pittsville, MD and Jeffery D. Phoebus of Powellville, MD.; her son Gary Tarr; her daughter-in-law Cynthia Tarr (Sewell) of Lakeland, FL; her daughter Lisa Taylor; her son-in-law Rick Taylor of Princess Anne, MD; her grandson Eric Tarr (Stacey); her children, Madison, Brooklyn, Bryan Tarr of Lakeland, FL and Scott Tarr of Lakeland, FL; her stepgranddaughter Amy Taylor; and her children, Adri, Christian, Jace, Nikki, Kaitlyn and Austin. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
