He was predeceased by: his parents, Parker Banks and Ruby Banks; and his brother Roger Banks. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Banks; his daughter Donna Torrey (Bob); his grandchildren, Erin Ranney (Paul), Megan Alvarado (Juan), Ashley Schmitt (Jacob) and Zachary Torrey; and his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Michael, Timothy, Aiden and Lucy.
