She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Katherine Maurer and Edwin George Matteson; her grandson Shawn Strobel; and her sister Betty Lou Maurer. She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Everett (John) of Tuba City, Elaine Tilghman (Timothy) of Salisbury and Laurie Begley of Fruitland; and her grandchildren, Patrick Noble, Joshua Noble, Michael Tilghman, Ratyana Downing and Danyle Begley.
