With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alan Dale Eskridge (Fruitland, Maryland), born in Tangier, Virginia, who passed away on March 11, 2018 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parent William Eskridge; his stepsons, John Yuhas and Jeff Yuhas; his brother Warren Reed Eskridge; his granddaughter Aubrey Grace; and his siblings-in-law, Pam Eskridge and Aub Marshall.
He is survived by : his parent Mildred Pruitt Eskridge; his wife Sue Eskridge of Fruitland; his children, Rebecca Eskridge Crutchley (Barry) of Melfa, VA and Warren Eskridge (Manjula) of Salisbury; his stepchildren, Karen Hunter (Willie) of Fruitland and Bonnie Lyman of Sparrows Point, MD; his grandchildren, Priya Eskridge, Liam Eskridge, Crystal Maddox, Michael Hill and Josh Hill; and his siblings, Ira Lee Eskridge (Doris) of Tangier, Shannon Bunner (Gene) of Salisbury, Mona Marshall of Tangier, William Eskridge, Jr. of Tangier and James "Ooker" Eskridge (Irene) of Tangier. He is also survived by several step-great-grandchildren, step-great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
