He is survived by: his children, Richard Folk (Paula) of Frostburg, David Folk and Joyce Cutter (Larry "Bud"); his grandchildren, Amber Hoffman, Jamie Hansrote, Mandi Raley (Ryan), Bryon Folk (Kayleigh), Joseph Folk, Jr. (Samantha King), Niki Folk, Todd Logsdon and Ashley Cutter; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Nolan, Preston and Brennan Raley; his sister Carol Bauman of Frostburg; and his friends, Scott and Carol Hanekamp.
