She was predeceased by: her father Francis "Red" Cunningham; her husband Allen Berl Plummer; and her sister Rita Ann Cunningham. She is survived by: her children, Paula Rita Morgan (Gene) of Frostburg and Marty Plummer (Mary Jane) of Frostburg; her grandson Matthew Morgan (Kristen Halpern Morgan) of Aurora, CO; her sons, Christopher Morgan of Frostburg and Joshua Plummer (Natalie) of Elkridge, MD; her granddaughter Lindsey Plummer of Alexandria, VA; her great grandchildren, Hailey and Brooks Plummer of Elkridge; and her sister Elaine M. Diamond (Bill Sr.) of Frostburg. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
We kindly ask that you wear a mask while attending the services.
