He is survived by: his brother Dale Williams, Sr. of Frostburg; his nieces and nephews, Dale Williams, Jr. (Johna) and Kristi Werner (JT); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sasha Leasure (Blaine), Holly Williams, Hunter Williams and Kaitlynn Werner; and also, Berkley Leasure, Braden Buckel and Spencer Leasure.
