Wanda Robison Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2021, at the age of 76, Wanda Robison of Frostburg, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clement Victor and Margaret Jeffries (McKenzie); her former husband Allan Robison; her grandson Francis Scott "Scotty" Giles; and her brothers, Eugene Jeffries and Rick Jeffries.

She is survived by: her husband James Lee Rees; her children, Keith Wright (Vicki), Kathy Wright-Weber and Kim Whittaker (Jeff); her stepsons, James Rees, Todd Rees and Bryan Rees; her grandchildren, Brian Ritchey (Tanya) and Nikki Wigger (Travis); her stepgrandchildren, Joel, Alec, Julia, Nathan, Lauren, Cory and Jakob Rees; her great grandchildren, Cross, Chance, Rain Ritchey, Madison and Brynnan Wigger; and her siblings, Joan Westfall (late Don), Jenny Weimer (Jim), Doris Weimer (Francis), Judy Stone (Matt Silvers), Linda Garlitz (late Paul), Susan Marcellis (Wesley) and Russell Jeffries.

Due to Covid restrictions, a private service by invitation only, will be held on March 6th from 10:30am – 11:30am.

Donations can be made in Wanda's name to the First English Baptist Church, 136 E. Main St., Frostburg, MD; or Hospice Care of Western Maryland, 12500 Willow Brook Rd, Cumberland, MD who took extraordinary care of her during her final hours.

Larry Sayler wrote a sympathy message

“My sympathies to Wanda's family. I may not have met many of you, but I met Wanda several years ago, during one of many visits to my brother and his wife, John and Beth Sayler. Every visit, I looked forward to seeing Wanda. She was so much fun, and the friendship between her and Beth was fun to see. I really will miss her when I visit again Deepest sympathy to Jim as well.”
