She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Rankin and Elvie Wampler Phennicie (Rankin). She is survived by: her children, William Scott (Sharon Kondash) of Treasure Island, FL and Melinda Duggans of Baltimore; and her brother William Rankin. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren as well as 1 great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Adams Family Funeral Home (404 Decatur St, Cumberland, MD 21502). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
