She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Glotfelty Jenkins and Helen Ritz Jenkins of Virginia; her husband Russell Myers; her brother-in-law Glen Gay; her siblings, Dorothy Schultz Richardson, Dolores Ritz Ray, Wanda Lee Souders, Leon Ritz and Helen Jenkins Carter; and her cousins, Cindy Feldstein and Jimmy Richardson.
She is survived by: her children, Eric Myers (Lisa) of Crofton, MD, Alan Myers of New Market, MD and Mary Jo "Jody" Cross (Tim) of Seneca, SC; her grandchildren, Brett Myers, Blake Myers, Zachary Cross (Grayson Cross), Emma Cross and Zoe Cross of Virginia; her great grandchild Zaniah Lee Myers; her sister-in-law Eleanor Myers Gay; her nephews, Randy, Michael and Matthew Gay (Kristy); and also, James Ritz (Deidi), Nancy Mayo (Denny), Nancy Gorman (Michael), James Carter (Stacey), Ruth Ritz Seiders and Charlotte Burns.
