She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred G. Fike and Carrie C. Fike (Lehman); her husband John Stephen Galica; her son Terry Galica; and her siblings, Robert Fike, Margaret Denny, Ruby Blanda and Betty Klecka.
She is survived by: her sons, Tim, Thomas J. Galica (Lynn) and Timothy W. Galica (Gladys); her grandchildren, Joseph (Heather), Amanda (Jason), Douglas (Kari) and Regina; her great grandchildren, Alexis and Kylie; her aunt Evelyn; her friend Violet Finzel; her nephew Bill Denny (Nancy); her niece Barb Meese; and her children, Patricia Shrout, Jessica Deal, Denise Stevens, Becky Thomas, Cheryl Harper, Barb Ford, Janet Jackson, Robin Warnick and Corrie Thompson.
