He is survived by: his parents, Tina Marie Werner of Frostburg, MD and Dustin Allen Hill of Cresaptown, MD.; his sister Bella; his grandparents, Larry and Christine Werner; his aunt Nicol Walker (Dan); his uncle Larry Werner II (Alyssa); his grandparents, Chet and Paula Hill; and his uncle Matthew Hill of Cumberland.
