He is survived by: his son Bradey Llewellyn; his parents, Cheri Llewellyn and Timothy Paul Llewellyn; his wife Deborah Llewellyn; his brother Michael Patrick Llewellyn; his stepbrother Bradley Knoll; and his half-brother Taylor Wood.
