It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tim Rowan (Frostburg, Maryland), born in Silver Spring, Maryland, who passed away on November 23, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Albert Rowan, Jr. and Colleen Rowan (Nolan). He is survived by: his children, Emily Linaburg, Vanessa Walker (Aaron) and Shera Chandler (Tommy); his grandchildren, Lydia, Charlotte and Brooks; his siblings, Mary Louise Muir (Bruce) and Joe Rowan (Sue); his niece Angela Bowser; his nephews, Joe Rowan, Jared Rowan and Tyler Ruffo; his close friends, Marvin "Bacon" Miller, John Shuman, Donnie Dunn and John Stanley; and his cousins, Ray, Tim Miller, Ed Nolan, Patti Cuthbertson, Mike Nolan, Mary Bernadette Broadwater, Paul Nolan, Billy Nolan, Pat Nolan and Cheryl Duncan.
