He was predeceased by: his wife Ann M. Hetz (Charbonneau). He is survived by: his parents, Maxene Hetz (Porter) and Thomas E. Hetz Sr..

In leu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to Durst Funeral Home to help offset the cost of the funeral.
