She is survived by: her nephew Sgt. Richard Lewis; her husband William Ervin Wampler; her daughters, Vicky Resh (Bill) and Kathy Smith (Jim); her grandchildren, Jim Smith (Lacie), Jason Smith (Courtney), Kelsey Helmstetter (Andy) and Marysa Shaffer (Mikayla Warnick); her great grandchildren, Hannah Smith, Alivia Smith, Blake Thomas, Brayden Thomas, Harley Shaffer, Stella Helmstetter, Kennedy Helmstetter, Tyler Resh and Cody Resh; her sisters, Betty Edwards and Inez Hetrick; and her siblings-in-law, Nancy Lewis, Mary Lou Lewis and Samuel Thomas.
