She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Niles Allen and Joy Evon Harper; her son Cleveland W. Smith III; her husband Cleveland W. Smith II; her grandparents, Lois Bush Harper, Niles Harper, Bessie Josephine Harper and Robert Harper; her siblings, Traci Tembo (Joseph), Niles Harper Jr. (Jamie), Ryan Harper (Kristen), Tanilesha Harper and Keinen Harper; her siblings-in-law, Anthony Smith (Keisha) and Wendy Westbrooks (Gregory); her aunt Peaches; her close friend Jennifer "Jen" Fordham; and her cousins, Leticia Shelton and Timmy Shelton.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donation be made to the Frostburg Bridge Program, 58 S Broadway, Frostburg, MD 21532 in honor of something so dear to her heart.
