It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tammy Jane Kinney of Frostburg, Maryland, born in Arlington, Virginia, who passed away on December 24, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Ethel and Roy Allen Kinney; her daughter Anna Marie; and her great grandchild Sophia Elizabeth. She is survived by: her children, Jessica Scarlett (Nash), Brandy Twigg (Brandon), Travis Tippett (Shalona) and Cheyenn Tippett (Dajaun); her grandchildren, Shawn Kinney (Sammi), Ceira Kinney, Damion, Hailey Bonnell, Airiana S. Harding, Colton, Gabriell, Addelyn Scarlett, Talayla Sey, Tahleah Tippett, Bentley and Bennet Twigg; her great grandchildren, Athena Grace and Jaxxon Thomas; and her siblings, Dwayne Kinney (Brenda), LeeAnn Bonnell (Tony) and Cassandra Smith. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles.
