She was predeceased by: her parents, Price Reed and Blanch Irene McCullough (Dawson) of Claysville, PA.. She is survived by: her husband Dr. A. Douglas Cook; her children, Judson W. Lowe of Tucson, AZ and Katherine S. Kennell of Morgantown, WV; her stepdaughter Laura Cook Diller (James W. Diller) of Middletown, CT.; her grandchildren, Alicia D. Curry (Nathan) of LaVale, MD, Jacob A. Kennell and Dawson A. Kennell of Morgantown, WV; her great grandchild James Wyatt Curry of LaVale, MD.; her brother Ray A. McCullough (Patricia) of Washington, PA; her nephews, Stephen McCullough and Scott McCullough (Megan); and her great-nephew James.
