It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stephen Twing of Frostburg, Maryland, born in Camden, South Carolina, who passed away on February 12, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvi Tabor Twing, Jr. and Rhoda Anne Twing (Duddleston-Baker); and his half-brother Alvi Tabor Twing III (Terry). He is survived by: his wife Tracey Lehr-Twing (Otto); his children, Nicholas Twing and Kade Twing; his stepchildren, Michelle Lehr, Timothy Lehr (Danielle), Maria Larson (Kirk) and Sara Stanke (Erica); his grandchildren, Jackson and Emily Larson; his brother Don Baker (Jeanette); his half-sisters, Nancy Bryant and Pam West; and his pet Nitten. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
