He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Stanley and Wanda Neat (Walker). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Neat (Patterson); his children, Steve Neat and Lori Neat; and his grandchildren, Brooke, Kara, Jaren, Schylar, Tatiana, Christopher, Kayla and Malique.
