With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Railey (Frostburg, Maryland), born in Meyersdale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 22, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Engle and Nora Engle (Garlitz); her husband Darrell R. Railey; and her brother Eugene Engle. She is survived by: her children, Dwight Railey and Cindy Preston (John); her grandchildren, Jennifer Sines (Johnny), Jason Preston (Jillian Morrow) and Dannielle Railey; her great grandchild Malia Sines; and her sister Mary F. Paul.
