It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Stewart (Frostburg, Maryland), who passed away on February 12, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Cosgrove and Dorothy Cosgrove (Porter); and her husband Thomas W. Stewart. She is survived by: her children, Tim Stewart (Peggy), Susie Workman (Craig) and Anne Drechsler (Vic); and her grandchildren, Bart Stewart (Erica), Lindsay Winthers (Justin), Trey Stewart, Megan, Amie Armstrong (Corey), Abbey Herman (Jared), Nathan Workman (Ashli), Andrew Drechsler (Taren) and Allie Quinlan (Ryan). She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
