He is survived by: his wife Angela Louise Garlitz (Baker); his children, Thomas R. Garlitz (Anna Hutzel), Pamela Hare (Kevin) of Frostburg, MD, Lori Butler of Grantsville, MD, Kimberly Frederick (Mike) and Avilton; his siblings, Carl Garlitz (Lynda), Dolores "Snooks" Carter (Lee Wilt) of Frostburg and Rita Bonner of Frostburg; his grandchildren, Tanya, TJ, Sherri, Lee, Tiffany and Codey; and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Madison, Isaiah, Evan, Errice, Brooklynn, Aiden, Roman, Ava and Reese. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
