He was predeceased by: his parents, Olive M. DeVore (Plummer) and Victor DeVore; his brothers, Harry Lee DeVore and William Victor DeVore; and his grandson Victor Matthew DeVore.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Theresa DeVore (Manley); his children, Roy DeVore (Sharon), William DeVore (Sheri), Theresa (Terry Delaney), Dave DeVore (Debbie), Robert DeVore (Nancy) and Mike DeVore (Karen); and his grandchildren, Shawna Shipe (Nathan), Janelle Dutery (Mike), Alyse DeVore, Ashley Hoye (Josh), Jonathan Lanni, Colin (Paloma), Noah DeVore, Jennifer Rice (Eugene), Roy DeVore (Keleigh), Laura Wilson (Jordan), Garrett DeVore (Megan Payne), Shelby Hutcheson (Tyler), Ethan DeVore (Tara) and Trevor DeVore (Jessie). He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
