She was predeceased by: her parent Wayne M. Layman; and her grandfather Robert Lee. She is survived by: her parent Betty Jane Layman (Lee) of Frostburg, MD; her husband Roger Durr; her children, Roger Durr, II and Amanda Kitis (Dwayne); her siblings, Rick Layman and Betsy Felton; her grandchildren, Adam Durr and Garrett Kitis; her stepgrandson Tanner Shearer; and also Angie Giffin.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Roxanne's name to the Garrett County Home Hospice, Post Office Box #271, Oakland, MD 21550.
