He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Nowaczyk (Lacny) and Henry Nowaczyk; and his brother Robert Nowaczyk. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Lavan; his son Michael "Jake" Nowaczyk; and his brothers, Richard Nowaczyk (Maureen) and Raymond Nowaczyk. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
