He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Smith and Mary M. Smith (Ware); and his brother John "Jackie" Smith. He is survived by: his wife Virginiann Smith; his children, Ronnie Smith (Joni) and Apryle Sarver; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Rachel Sarver, Abigail and Lee Smith; his brothers, Harry Smith and Carl Smith; and his friends, Mike, Cindy and Dustin Darby.
