It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Winner (Frostburg, Maryland), who passed away on December 29, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father-in-law George W. Stevens. He is survived by: his parents, Leonard Winner and Shirley Winner (Drees); his wife Kim; his daughter Amanda (Jimmy Filer); his grandsons, Noah and Evan Filer; his siblings, Leonard "Bud" Winner (Dena), Barbara Filer (Woody) and Denise Ingrodi (Mark); his brother-in-law Wayne Stevens (Lennie); his mother-in-law Vivian Stevens; his cousin Tommy Winner; and his pets, Gracie and Addie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
