We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2023, at the age of 69, Robert Watkins of Frostburg, Maryland, born in Cumberland, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stump Watkins and Eleanor Watkins (Wolfington). He is survived by: his wife Keni Ann Watkins (Murphy); his daughters, Wendy Watkins (Garry Oster) and Misty Ochs (Danny); his grandchildren, Chloe Watkins, Joslynn and Logan Ochs; and his siblings-in-law, Debi Scavotto and Steve Murphy (Darlene).
