He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Muir and Dorothy Muir (Lehr); and his pet Pepper. He is survived by: his wife Sally Muir (Skidmore); his sister Beverly Muir Jackson (Glen) of Youngstown, OH; his nieces, Sheryl Cox (Jackson) of Youngstown, OH and Annette Paskevopich (Louis) of Oklahoma; his close friend Paul Keifer; and his pet Buddy Cat.
