He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Jenkins and Alice Jenkins (DeVault); his wife Emmagene Jenkins; and his daughter Terry Rice. He is survived by: his daughters, Vicky Evans (William), Brenda Ruby (Andy), Roxann Rice (Randy) and Robin Moore (Brian); his grandchildren, Whitney Costello (Nicholas), Leslie Pace (Michael), Windy Yates, Derek Ruby, Colt Ruby (Tara), Randy Lee (Brandi), Scott Rice (Kim), Marissa Moore, Shane Baer and Aydin Moore; his great grandchildren, Alexis Gaughan, Kenly Pace, Cailyn Yates, Kelsey Yates, Adalynn Ruby and Grayson Rice; his sister Joanne Arnold; his nephew Barry Arnold; and his niece Lisa Kessler.
